As per my previous blog posts, I am back in Maple in Dec 08 and have since gotten my HornTail Pendent and Egg. The only thing that I am dying for right now is my base skill book; Angel Ray! I have set aside 18 skill points for it currently. Haha~ Been to over 10 sessions of Zakum but none has drop the base book for Angel Ray…. Wo Shi Suey bong bong~ I still remember my Zakum Helmet was achieved by myself on the 22nd November 2006 at around 4.15am. During those days, it was very difficult to enter the altar as there was no such thing as Squad List / Timetable. Not easy to defeat the stationary Zakum as well because the party inside might not be strong enough. On that fateful night, I started spamming the ‘up’ button at 8pm and took a nap till 2am (ok… 6 hrs is not exactly a nap).
When I opened my eyes, I saw the screen of my monitor went dark and I panicked; I thought I got disconnected, but luckily it wasn’t so. I got into the altar and began clicking on every character that entered the Altar successfully to determine if the party is strong. I smiled to myself and was assured that the Zakum will be defeated. After 2hours of fight, my little Lovely Panda looted one helmet for me and I jumped in joy. That night, I was too happy and couldn’t go back to dreamland. I stayed awake till the next morning, still smiling to myself. Haha! Last few weeks, after achieving my pendent and egg, I don’t have the same feeling anymore. Maybe it is because there is such a service that helps players achieve whatever they want hence there is no sense of satisfaction and achievement like before. Anyway, I am still glad that I managed to get the ‘egg’. LOL. Am chionging level(s) nowadays and will start slacking when I have to concentrate on my studies. Japanese Language Course & Corp. Secretarial Course will start in March and July respectively.
